Property management will be offered by a partner company to the
developer and will take care of the overall maintenance of the
building, including its security guarding and payment of any consumables for the sites. The owner of the apartment should pay
the bills for electricity and water consumed and all other services. He/she can empower somebody or the managing company of the
complex to pay them for him/her.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
RESERVATION
Any apartment in Royal Garden can be reserved for 7 calendar days. The booking is to be followed by a holding, non-refundable deposit of 3000 Euros valid for 30 calendar days.

PAYMENT PLAN
-30 % first installment upon signing a Preliminary Contract
- 30 % second installment 6 months after the Preliminary Contract
- 40 % third installment at signing the Title Deed (15th June 2007)
Payments shall be made from each 1st to 5th day of the respective
month.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY (constantly updated)
Prices are final, inclusive of VAT, with the full value declared in the Title deeds. On top of this price you will also need to pay the Notary fees, stamp duty and local tax (approx. 3- 3.5% of the purchase price). Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
