For your personal convenience and comfort Sunrise Residence
provides 24-hour security and a reception desk officer at your
service, laundry and dry cleaning, high-speed Internet, beauty
salon, parking and restaurant, shops area. The maintenance and management of your apartment will be entrusted to the Manager of Sunrise Residence for one annual payment.
The architecture of Sunrise Residence is in contemporary style.
The building represents a modern monolith construction in use of
high-quality materials and in full compliance with all prescript
standards and regulatory requirements. Each apartment is
equipped with air-conditioning system, high-speed Internet access
and a stationary phone, and it is supplied with electricity and hot
water.
Sunrise Residence offers 74 luxury apartments, ranging from 29
sq.m up to 165 sq.m, as well as a lobby & reception desk, restaurant & coffee shop, offices & shops area and beauty salon on its ground floor. The apartments are fully furnished. Of course, you can expand your living area at the Residence by buying two or more apartments and merging them. Developers have invested more than 800 million euro in the past three years in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria's most renowned summer resort.
In close vicinity of the lovely Nessebar gulf, just 35 km north-east
of Burgas you will find the beautiful sea resort of Sunny Beach - one of the most attractive Black Sea destinations. The resort extends from the unique museum town of Nessebar to the green southern slopes of the Balkans mountain. The climate is similar to the Mediterranean, with warm to hot summer, refreshed by the sea breeze, mild winter,
beautiful spring starting around mid March and long sunny autumn, lasting till the middle of December. The average summer temperatures are around 30°C air and 25°C water. The resort is open all year round. The beach is spacious, 10 km long, with fine golden sands and dunes.You will find over 130 hotels, campings, private residences and summerhouses in the area. The resort offers opportunities for sport and fun - tennis, diving, bowling, horse-riding, water sports and water parks. Most of the restaurants, pubs and clubs are open 24 h. One of the largest hunting and fishing reserves is located only 10 minutes away from Sunny Beach. There is an yacht harbor in the near town of Nessebar.

furniture follows the classic style with rustic ornaments. Each apartment is equipped with flat screen Phillips TV and Liebher refrigerator. The sandy colours, the pictures depicting sea sceneries and the bathrooms - finished in blue and white terracotta, emphasize the sea sense of the interior design.

LETTING MANAGEMENT
All buyers who wish to rent out their apartments to tourists can use the services of East Management.
• The marketing department of East Management will run major
advertising campaigns to attract tourists to these apartments. All
modern techniques will be used including web marketing through the leading tourism portals and reservation systems in Bulgaria.
• Print advertising in local, British, Irish, Russian, Bulgarian and other international media, together with the presentation of the complex at international exhibitions and travel shows.
• Targeted advertising to local tour operators and travel agents, as
well as the leading British, German, Scandinavian, Dutch and Russian tour operators.
• In addition Sunrise will be marketed locally in Bulgaria through BGP charges no agency commission.
RESERVATION:
Non-refundable deposit of 1000 Euros valid for 30 calendar days.
- Payment plan 1:
- 100% of the purchase price at signing the Title Deed.
This installment is deducted of deposit's amount.
Payment plan 2:
- 30% first installment upon signing a Preliminary Contract
This installment is deducted of deposit's amount.
- 70% second installment by an individual payment plan during 5
years maximum
